Google Chrome browser 13.0.782.218 Stable Update

Stable Update: The Stable channel has also been updated to 13.0.782.218 for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome Frame.

These releases contain an updated version of the Adobe Flash Player. We also disabled a certificate authority (CA).
